What JobDiva is
JobDiva is an applicant tracking and CRM platform widely used by US staffing agencies, with strong résumé-search and VMS-integration capabilities and a large installed base in contract IT staffing.
It is the ATS we are asked about most often after Bullhorn, which is why it is the next connector on the roadmap rather than one of several equal candidates.

What setup would look like

There is no JobDiva connector to configure. If you run JobDiva and want to be a design partner for it, tell us — a named agency with live requirements is what moves a connector up the roadmap.
What the shape would be
The same as Bullhorn: authorise a connector, map the four staffing-specific fields (work authorization, tax term, rate, end client), pick a sync scope, run read-only before enabling write-back.
What you can do today
The ingestion agent takes requirements from email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, and job boards without touching an ATS at all. Several of the pipeline’s benefits — dedup, canonical requirements, shortlisting — do not depend on ATS sync.

Why we will not soften this wording
Integration pages that imply support before it exists generate demos that end badly in the first ten minutes. We would rather rank for the search and tell you the truth on arrival.
Roadmap position is demand-driven
Connectors get built when a design-partner agency needs one and is willing to test it against live requirements. There is no dated commitment on this page because we do not have one to make.

Is there a JobDiva integration today?
No. Bullhorn via Merge.dev is the only ATS path we run in production. A JobDiva connector is on the roadmap with no committed date.
Can we use SyncTalent.ai without an ATS connector?
Yes, partially. Requirements can arrive by email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, and job boards, and dedup, canonical requirements, shortlisting, outreach, and screening all work without ATS sync. What you lose is automatic write-back.
How do we get JobDiva prioritised?
